Anglo Welsh contacted Wired Media to help improve their online offering and grow website bookings. It was quickly identified that the website needed improving to improve the customer journey, we needed to collect more data to inform decisions, and the SEO and PPC campaigns needed a combined strategy. We started working with their marketing team to understand the problems and put a strategy together.
Priority one was data, 75% of bookings come over the phone and this information was not visible in Google analytics. We set up call tracking and found that nearly all of that revenue came from Google Ads and Google Organic. this put us in a much stronger position to increase PPC spend.
Our Monthly strategy for Anglo Welsh includes, reporting on campaign performance utilising our custom made date report, fixing technical website errors, optimising content and creating new local copy for the website.
The PPC team are constantly looking at the campaigns and pushing for the highest ROI possible, helped by are ability to track more data and feed revenue from phone calls into the Google Ads Account.
Our Development team are working on improving page speed, with a current project to create a new booking system that will greatly improve the customer journey. Our WordPress developers will be continually working with the marketing team to make website improvements all of which, geared around improving conversions rates and helping Anglo Welsh grow online.
