Last year Wired Media attended the first-ever Independent Hotel Show at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London. Dedicated to luxury and boutique hotels, the show was a fantastic opportunity for us to share our expertise in all things digital. Having gained vast knowledge in working with hotels over the last 12 years, we were extremely keen to get involved, and what a successful and enjoyable two days it was.
This year, Wired Media are excited to announce our attendance at the 2013 Independent Hotel Show. We have already begun preparing and can’t wait to show off our new branding. The event is once again being held at the spacious Olympia Exhibition Centre on the 30th and 31st of October.
The event promises to be even bigger this year with over 300 exhibitors from different sectors of the hotel industry all demonstrating their expertise in the market. With the hotel industry taking further steps in the digital world, we are looking forward to talking to the attendees about developing their digital platforms even further.
The Independent Hotel Show is not only a great chance for us to meet hotels and tell them about what we can do for them but also for us to learn even more about the developments in the hotel industry. Last year we attended an interesting seminar about Tripadvisor and online anonymity which seemed to cause a stirring debate on valuing reviews written on the website. There are a selection of insightful guests speakers giving seminars this year which we are looking forward to attending.
Our CEO, Tom, is also hoping to get the chance to meet one-on-one with hoteliers interested in discussing their digital marketing and web presence.
