8th July 2026
Q2 has been another busy three months at Wired Media, with new projects, existing clients expanding their work with us and some interesting opportunities to test new approaches to digital marketing.
The quarter saw us working across sectors including higher education, healthcare, hospitality, ecommerce, professional services and tourism.
Growing our university and education work
A particular highlight during Q2 was further work within the University of Oxford, including Oxford Surgical Sciences.
This builds on our growing experience in higher education and the work already underway with Oxford University, combining complex website requirements with the need to make large amounts of information easy for users to find and navigate.
New and growing client relationships
We continued our work with William & White Removals, following the start of the relationship in Q1.
Existing clients also continued to invest in their digital activity. Paul Thomas Flowers expanded its work with Wired, as did Cairn Hotel, giving our teams further opportunities to build on the work and results already delivered.
We also welcomed work from Flavour Kitchen and Health Plan Spain, adding to the variety of businesses and sectors being supported across the agency.
Another Q2 highlight was work with Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park, one of the best-known visitor attractions in the Cotswolds.
Testing AI in paid advertising
Q2 also saw us continue exploring where AI can genuinely improve digital marketing performance rather than simply using it for the sake of it.
We launched AI Ads tests with CS Garden Offices and Ian Chatfield Butchers, using live campaigns to explore how new technology and automation can complement the experience and judgement of our PPC team.
That’s an important distinction for us.
Our approach is AI enhanced, human led. We want to use AI where it can make campaigns faster, smarter or more effective, while keeping experienced people responsible for strategy, creative thinking, quality and decision-making.
Into the second half of the year
The first six months of 2026 have brought a healthy combination of new business, repeat business and clients expanding into additional Wired services.
More importantly, we’ve continued to broaden the type of work we’re doing — from substantial web projects and ongoing SEO to PPC, analytics and new AI-enhanced approaches to paid media.
With several significant projects already underway, we’re looking forward to seeing what the second half of 2026 brings.
