Create A User Friendly Website That Converts Visits Into Sales

We were thrilled when Big Tall appointed us to create their brand new website. The client had a clear vision of what they wanted; an incredibly user friendly site that converted visits into sales. They also wanted a comprehensive admin area that allowed them to manage fulfilment functions, products, stock, shipping, tax, implement price changes, review and process orders.

Detailed analysis of the market and the products that our customer stocked identified how the site would compete. We asked the client important questions, listened hard and truly engaged with the brand. This insight enabled us to create a comprehensive strategy and plan

Utilising our established process, we created wireframes and a prototype site that was consistent with Big Tall’s brand identity. Once we were satisfied that the client was happy with the prototype we developed a website which integrated our bespoke ecommerce platform, WiredCMS, and a Protx secure payment system. We implemented Elastic Search so that the site could cope with the vast amount of products spread across multiple categories, ensuring that product search was speedy and clear for the user.

Big Tall is not only overjoyed with the fresh design of their new site which opens them up to a new demographic, but are also impressed by the top search engine rankings it achieves. The new site stocks over 5,000 products and still experiences month-on-month growth.
