Hosting

We are not a hosting company. But we do host many of our customers websites as this makes it easy for us to maintain the websites and react quickly to changes in visitor traffic levels and to customer requests. Our customers also like that they only have one number to call (us) for all matters relating to their website(s).

The majority of our websites are hosted with Rackspace on either dedicated servers or on their Cloud network.

Support

We monitor all of our customers websites using sophisticated monitoring services and we have the ability to remote restart services and servers from our iPhones.

Websites are backed up daily and stored in a safe, off site environment. We strive to ensure that the servers and their software are kept up to date and bug free.

We are only able to offer the server support element to customers hosting with us.
