Experience

11 years is a long time in the web world

We’re a full service agency with 11 years’ experience, and in that time we’ve worked with all sorts and sizes of company – from FTSE 100 corporates, to e-commerce start-ups.

From that time and that work has come a great deal of experience. We’ve built so many technical solutions that we’ve been able to refine the very best of what we do into our own in-house content management system and e-commerce platform. This means all the trial and error has been sorted out, so there are no experiments to interfere with your project.

We have many developers here, who can deliver very complex web applications – which means that most ‘normal’ website development projects are very simple for us. We don’t make a meal out of things unnecessarily, so we can keep costs down for you.

Meet the Team

We employ a permanent team of web gurus; here are some of them:

Tom - New Business, Strategy and Search
Tom is the first point of contact for all our customers, new or existing. He’s been in business (in his words) ‘forever’ and helping businesses grow using the web is what gets him up in the morning. With more than a decade of web experience at Wired Media, he’ll help devise your online strategy, work closely with Sam to deliver it and be your partner in the long term to help you evolve it.

Sam - Client Services
Sam’s job is to deliver your project. He has very high standards and believes that things should be done properly or not at all. You can rely on his team to translate your business strategy into technical language that our designers and developers will understand.

Ben - Technical
Ben eats, sleeps and breathes web technologies. He heads our team of programmers, and works with Tom and Sam to devise technical specifications for each solution. He’ll then select the developer with the most relevant skills to see the project through.

Mike - Usability
Mike’s responsibility is to make sure the technical details of a site work for all users. A properly usable site will mean you lose less people who visit it, and convert more into customers.

Dan - Design
Dan helps bring to life the ideas that will deliver your business objectives. He’ll also work up new designs and ensure they complement your existing brand and guidelines, or develop your new brand if need be.
